Location perfect Staff were so nice. Comfortable and clean

The staff were very nice and not too intrusive, they were kind but also left us to ourselves. The room was nice, basic but for the price it was very clean, the fan worked, the fridge worked and the bathroom was very nice

The private garden rooms are very spacious, clean & comfortable. The bathroom was modern & clean. Sanjeev was extremely friendly & helpful.

We took breakfast once & did not bother again as it was average compared to other hotels we stayed. More attentiveness needed in offering clean towels & replacing loo roll. We were there for 3 nights & had to ask for these, however it was seen to quickly.

Very nice private room. It was new, clean and spacious. We also had our own terrace with a table and chairs where they can bring you breakfast or something to drink. The staff was really nice and helpfull. Everything was great! I would recommend this hotel for a extra great experience in Ella.

It’s located on the main road to Little Adam’s Peak and Ravana Adventure Park. Rooms are clean with basic facilities.

The bathroom sink was placed near the bathroom entrance so it was difficult to close the door. Bathroom amenities were not new and looked like they were refilled.

Amazing stay! Perfect location and super attentive staff. This place it worth the value! I recommend it.

The Location was very central and good in Ella. Only a walking distance from the main strip. The personal was also very nice .

No warm water in the evening , had to shower in cold water . No mosquito netting over the bed , the room was crowded of mosquitoes. One reason of this was because of the sliding door had a gap between, so had to put paper in the holes .

Both the private rooms and the dorm beds are quite comfortable! The common space is nice and open, and the facilities are quite clean. Location is good as it's just at the edge of the main part of town and is located near some nice cafes and places to eat.

Sometimes the gate locks a little early in the evening. That being said, they'll adjust this if you give them notice!
