"Lovely relaxing stay, gorgeous cottage in beautiful"

Lovely peaceful location and gorgeous cottage. Loved the slate/stone flooring and the various ornaments/decorations around the cottage. It was very homely. Was in a good location for driving to villages and also Norwich. Would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a tv as I was staying there on my own but I could use the wifi to get some tv on my phone. I do understand though that it can be nice for people to get away from TV.

Excellent accomodation. Cosy and quiet which is just what I wanted. It had good vibes for me as it had great character.

The only negative was the intermittent WiFi connection which would drop out.

Quiet, cosy and close to where I needed to be. Lovely little garden area, comfy bed.

Very cosy rustic accommodation. Easy to get to. Facilities were all there that would be required. Lovely peaceful setting. Nice sun trap garden to sit in. Owners very friendly.

"Amazing stay in South Norfolk"

-an absolutely wonderful stay -my car battery failed upon arrival at the property (great timing and a fantastic way to start a holiday) and the owners, Derek and Anastasia, were so helpful and warm and kind. Anastasia made me a cup of tea and Derek drove my partner to the shops so we could have food and drink and be comfortable that evening while we awaited roadside repair in the car park. Unbelievably kind -a beautiful location. Very remote and very peaceful. Full of birds and nice animals. Lovely gardens outside the owners house. We much prefer South Norfolk to North Norfolk as it's much more authentic and significantly less touristy -the granary is very private despite being next to the owners property. It is secluded and fenced off so you have a private garden. The garden is a real suntrap -bed very comfy -we knew there was no TV in advance so brought a bluetooth speaker and played music connected to the WiFi. Good strong WiFi -quirky and traditional cottage inside -monopoly (Essex edition) kept us entertained most evenings, assisted by much wine! I won.

Everything was fantastic. If I really, really had to nitpick, I would suggest a velux blind to cover the skylight in the bedroom, as theres no cover and you'll be up with the birds if you've no eye mask
