Beautifully Designed Pollok House

Good location and on a nice quiet street. 10-15 minute drive into the city centre. Good outdoor space with decking area.

Very dusty, cobwebs in rooms, smelly drains. Had to rewash dishes before using and wipe out cupboards before storing our food. Very uneven, lumpy mattresses.

House and garden good size

Bins overflowing and did not get emptied until day before we left, there was used sanitary towels visible in and on floor around bins, not acceptable really.

Ausstattung war nicht für die Anzahl der Personen. Wasserkocher defekt, unters Bad war nur Toilette - hier ging das Licht nicht, wurde von uns selbst behoben. Bei der Ankunft war ein riesiger Müllhaufen in der Einfahrt, wurde am Abend abgeholt und auch die über quellenden Tonnen geleert Kreischende Kinder in der Nachbarschaft Konversation nicht einfach, Mal mit Eigentümer, Mal mit einem Verwalter, keiner wusste was der andere geschrieben hat

4 double beds. Plenty of space Home from home, everything you'd need. Beautifuly decorated. Crisp white bedding

Would agree with previous comments, cleaning needs a bit more attention. Nothing that would affect your comfort though but skirtings, wardrobe runners etc. Things that are very obvious to the eye.. But that aside, we had a lovely time.

Highly recommended. It's beautiful house felt like home.

The Veranda outside in the garden was a lovely sun trap & the living room sofas very comfortable.

The mattresses were very well used & the springs you could feel which was very uncomfortable, needed more pillows. There was no tea towels or washing up liquid a little essential pack for the kitchen would have been good & there was not enough mugs or glasses for 8 people.

Easy check-in process, property itself was very clean and modernised, street and neighbours were all quiet during our stay. Hosts were very helpful and quick to reply to any issues we had. Roughly a 15mins drive into town, we used Ubers as it was relatively cheap.

No working Kettle
