le calme , les jardins, les piscines, le choix de restauration

nous aurions apprécié dés notre arrivée être informé que le hammam était en travaux ! dommage surtout en janvier.... la qualité du WIFI selon les bâtiments dans lesquels on se trouve

La gestion de cet hôtel est totalement à revoir. Tout est toujours complet, alors qu’en réalité ça ne l’est pas ! Aucune priorité pour les gens de l’hôtel ! Le soir du nouvel an ils imposent un menu dans tous les restaurants, sans s’assurer que les clients de l’hôtel auront une table ! Un braquage. Par ailleurs ma fille de 5 mois est tombé malade la premier nuit (40 de fièvre) j’ai demandé d’aller dans un hôpital, ils ont appelé une ambulance et m’ont envoyé dans le mauvais hôpital, sûrement parce qu’ils ont des accords commerciaux avec celui ci ! C’était une expérience horrible j’ai du attendre 6 heures pour voir un médecin ! Aucune excuse de leur part ou aucun geste commercial. Très déçu de ce séjour.
