The manager and the staff were exceptional and went over and above to make our stay memorable. The hotel is sublime

The hotel complex is very clean and is maintained daily by many friendly staff members. The breakfast buffet is not particularly large, but the quality is good. Don’t worry you will find everything what you need. (Fresh fruits/vegetables/spreads/cereals/eggs/sweet bakery/hot bean dishes etc.) The restaurants are excellent, but pricy. Good wine selection. The evening lighting, the décor of the restaurants/terraces and the grounds are very tastefully done.

Nothing to complain, it’s about personal preferences. The mattrasses are rather hard. The pool isn’t heated, which may be cold out of season (october…).

Snacks at the pool were very expensive (overall the restaurants were very expensive) but as we were travelling with a 1-year old, we missed some of the hospitality we encountered in other smaller hotels in Morocco; there were not a lot of options for snacks unless spending 8€ on a fruit plate (vs other hotels were we very easily received free fruit, cake or yoghurt when asked for a baby snack).
