Nãmas Tulum

Namas Tulum exceeded our expectations- it was so beautifully clean and stylish . Gorgeous pool in our secluded garden & we loved the roof top pool which was warm and quiet and delightful to swim under the stars . The linen on the beds is super soft and excellent quality . The kitchen was very well equipped. The receptionist was so warm and friendly and helped us with taxis and outings . The neighbourhood is vibrant, lots of cool bars , coffee shops and restaurants- we loved Lorenza’s - best margaritas and burritos in La Valeta . The hotel even got us free tickets to visit Atik Cenotes as we stayed for over 5 nights . It’s pure magic !

Taxis are very very expensive!!! Rental cars are impossible to find in Tulum . Beach area is so expensive- $ 75 US to lie on a sun bed and that is on top of having to buy food and drink - it’s better to eat there and use your towel to lie on the beach .

We wish we could have stayed longer! This hotel exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with infused water and a refreshing face towel, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel is beautifully designed and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, with a private pool that was a wonderful bonus. The bed was perfect, and we had a peaceful, quiet night (once the local musicians finished playing)—a rare find in Tulum. The only downside was the water pressure, which made the bath more decorative than functional, as it would take hours to fill. However, the modern, well-equipped kitchen was a highlight, and we’d definitely have used it daily if we’d stayed longer. The first thing we said upon entering was, "Should we live here for a while?" That says it all!

I liked everything about my stay at Namas Tulum. The staff was friendly and my room was very clean and comfortable. The linens on the bed to the decor of the room gave very much boho chic vibes.

It's nothing much I can say about what I did not like because everything was up to part.

The grounds are gorgeous and thoughtfully curated. The pools are a nice addition.

Nothing. Some of the roads are rough around the property but that’s just Tulum. There was no safe to store our belongings but there is a security guard on site all night so we felt very safe.

It was the most amazing place we‘ve ever stayed at. The details in the rooms were beautiful and it is located in a great area with amazing restaurants and bars. Anytime again!

Absolutely loved my stay at Nāmas Tulum! The building and the room and all the facilities are exactly as portrayed on the pictures! Everything felt super high-grade and the staff was super friendly too! Very quiet area and very comfortable beds so you can sleep just fine. If you have a bike, scooter or a car, it’s easy to get around. They also offered to help with arranging transport in case you need some. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!

It had the wow factor, it was really peaceful and relaxing. There’s a lovely little restaurant nearby that has swing seats and a very good supermarket.

I only have one criticism, it’s a bit difficult getting the luggage to the apartment as there is no lift or ramp.

Amazing property in the more quiet area of Tulum. Perfectly located in a charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. We had an amazing stay and loved everything! Super clean room, lovely decorated and the bed was super comfy. Very friendly and helpful staff, we really had a perfect stay!
