Pea Cottage Dog friendly and 5 mins to beach

The location was really good. We were only 12 mins from Lowestoft and 25 mins from Southwold. The property had easy access and parking. It was clean and tidy. Lisa was very kind and tried to help sort the fire alarm issue.

The carpet is so painful to walk on. And the rug under the dining room table is super slippy. There was also a fault with the fire alarm that woke us up two mornings.

This was a lovely place to stay, so quiet and peaceful and the bed was dreamy and soft. Wifi wasn't listed on the facilities as available but it is provided as is a smart TV which kept us entertained in the evenings. During the day we went out visiting lots of Suffolk historical sites such as Sutton Hoo and Grimes Graves and lots of Abbeys, and had lots of trips to the seaside and local eateries. The lady next door, who is listed as a contact should you need anything, was wonderful and gave us lots of help and advice with our interests in the local history and she and the people she introduced us to really made our holiday. There was far too much for us to do in just one visit and so we hope to return in the future.

Lovely clean cottage, with attention to detail meeting all requirements. Provisions for hot drink and a biscuit on arrival was most welcome. Nice to see eco friendly products with thoughts to recycling. Lovely comfy bed. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Nothing to dislike

Lovely house with everything we needed in a great location, right by the beach. Chip shop and pub nearby.

Lovely comfortable cosy well appointed cottage. We had a wonderful stay at Pea Cottage. Excellent location minutes walk from the beach. Our favourite walk was down to Benacre Nature Reserve. Thank you.

Perfect for our little family and our stay in the area. The property was cosy and clean, it was like a home away from home.
