Pea Cottage Dog friendly and 5 mins to beach

Our recent stay at the cottage was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its beautiful design and impeccable cleanliness. The cottage exuded a warm and cozy charm, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation. One of the standout features of our stay was our lovely neighbor, Lisa. She is a real gem! Always ready to lend a helping hand or offer local tips, her friendly demeanor added to the welcoming atmosphere of the area. The cleaner is also deserving of a shout-out for their kindness and dedication. The cottage was kept beautifully immaculate, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout our stay. Location-wise, we couldn't have asked for better. With all amenities conveniently nearby, everything we needed was just a stone's throw away. A stunning beach, which is easily the best we've ever experienced, was only a 5-minute walk from the cottage. The peaceful surroundings provided a perfect backdrop for exploration, allowing us to unwind and soak in the beauty of the area. One of our highlights was discovering the best fish and chips, which was just a 2-minute walk away! The locals were incredibly charming and friendly, making us feel right at home. In summary, this cottage is a true treasure. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and charm, all set in a beautiful location. We can’t wait to return for another delightful getaway!

Internet, no shower gel no batteries in the TV remote. A little bit expensive.

The cottage had character with interesting furniture, decor, etc. THe location was very quiet.

The plug in the bathroom basin was faulty and didn't come out, so we couldn't drain the basin.

Very cosy and had all the necessities. Location 5mins from the beach excellent.

The house is compact, but well equipped, nicely finished and comfortable. A nice place to stay, with everything you need.

The parking is tight in front of the house, but there is a free car park across the road, so no real problem.

Location good - not very far to drive to a fairly well stocked CoOp supermarket. Quiet neighborhood as the cottage is in what seems like a private road (although I don't think it is). Good to be able to park outside the front door. Bedroom well equipped and comfortable. Bed extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Better lighting in the dining room would have been appreciated. A note left in the kitchen that the dishes/glasses were in a cabinet in the dining room would have been helpful. Did not find this out until we read the 'information' folder quite a while after we checked in. Thought we were going to have to buy disposables after having checked the kitchen cupboards and not finding any there. Once we found them, there were plenty of dishes/bowls/glasses.

Pea Cottage is in a great location and was ideal for our stay. It was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we could ask for and more.
