Increíble experiencia en Tulum. El hotel es precioso, pero lo mejor sin duda fue el trato del personal: todos súper amables, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.

Everything was amazing, from the warmth of the staff and their knowledge, to the rooms and their comfort and the facilities like the access to fresh water and the pool were amazing. The rooms were also very clean and had different themes. The staff were also present 24/7 and gave great tips for finding our way throughoutthe city. This Hotel was truly one of the greatest stay we had and made us feel at ease and at home.

There were some difficulties with the plumbing of the toilet because of low pressure, but it wasn't really a big issue, just had to be a little patient with the lower floors.

Elegí este alojamiento por su ubicación, cercano a cenotes y a varios supermercados. Y además tenía piscina. Lo único destacable la amabilidad de su personal. Especialmente Daniela. Y de la persona encargada de la limpieza que lo tiene todo muy limpio. Pero la amabilidad no hace que las instalaciones carezcan de calidad por el precio que tienen. Y sobre todo los ruidos.

Se sitúa en el cruce de dos carreteras, una la carretera de Cobá que tiene un tránsito terrible durante las 24h del día. Lo cual hace insoportable el ruido de camiones y especialmente los trailers que circulaban todo el día y toda la noche haciendo difícil el silencio o tranquilidad a cualquier hora. Tuve que dormir con tapones las 4 noches. Para colmo estaban de obras en el edificio de al lado y parecía que estaban tirando la pared abajo. Asi que el el nivel de ruidos era insoportable. Yo estaba todo el día fuera porque salía a las 6 de la mañana, pero cuando llegaba en la tarde a las 16/17 imposible descansar un poco por las obras y sumado al ruido del tráfico. A eso súmale que 3 de los 4 días que estuve no hubo agua. Además un olor y sensación a humedad en las habitaciones del piso de abajo que se notaba al entrar, a pesar de los ambientadores, toda mi ropa e incluida mi maleta se llevaron ese olor impregnado. Además de la sensación de humedad al dormir. El ventilador estaba puesto todo el rato porque era la única manera de que se ventilara algo pero hacía mucho ruido (nada que haya sufrido en otros alojamientos con ventilador) y tampoco lo arreglaron. Iba a extender mi estancia una semana completa porque estaba realizando un curso. Pero ya el cuarto día sin agua me fui. Sobre todo estando a 40° lo mínimo es poder darte una ducha al final del día. No es que no hubiese agua caliente es que NO HABÍA AGUA ni para lavarte los dientes. No me devolvieron ni un solo peso a pesar de todos los inconvenientes que hubo en mi estancia.

Staff are amazing here. So so helpful and answered any questions we had. Rooms are lovely and have huge beds that are really comfortable. Great air conditioning too. The pool is a great addition.

There was an issue with the water one of the nights unfortunately so we couldn’t use the shower, toilet or taps. Was fixed the next day though.

Le personnel est très agréable, aux petits soins. L'hôtel est un cocon de verdure en pleine ville, nous y avons passé un excellent moment.

L'hôtel est situé au bord d'une route très passante ce qui génère du bruit la nuit

najgorszy hotel w mojej 3 tyg. podróży po Meksyku. Jedyny w którym balem sie bez klapek wejść pod prysznic. Budowa po sasiedzku (wielkiego budynku, możesz przybić piatke z robotnikami nie wychodzac z hotelu). Wypozyczone rowery to szroty. Jeden mial wystakacy kawalek metalu z siodelka, a w drugim kierownica wychodziła ze sterów. Zaplacilem za dwa dni, a wyjechalem po jednym

La suite présidentielle ne vaut pas vraiment son prix mais ce sont les prix de tulum… mais bcp de lumière du jour ce qui force un réveil tôt, un peu bruyant la nuit comme dans le centre de tulum, pas de petit déjeuner contrairement à ce qui est montré sur les photos

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber absolut ausreichend. Bonuspunkt für die süßen Katzen, die in der Anlage leben. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top! Sie bieten auch vergünstigte Preise für Cenoten in der Nähe.

Ein kleiner Safe im Zimmer wäre nett. Da es ein Schild gab, kann es aber auch sein, dass dieser gerade ausgewechselt wird bzw. nicht zur Verfügung stand. Außerdem ist momentan nebenan Baustelle. Uns wurde offen gesagt, dass es nicht vorhersehbar ist, wann dort gearbeitet wird. Hier kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür. Abends/nachts hört man nichts und tagsüber waren wir unterwegs - von daher hat es uns nicht gestört, aber ggf. wären Ohropax sinnvoll.
