Cucina e bagno forniti di tutto, vista sul giardino fiorito meravigliosa, posizione ottima.

Location is within 1km walk to the city and close to skilift Merano 2000. Quiet residential area with the balcony overlooking the garden. Kitchen has kettler and few tea bags. There is coffee mashine but was not able to use it as no coffee was provided. There is small parking space (paid 15 euro) next to the building. The bushes need to be cut otherwise i was afraid to scratch my car. Self checking was not difficult with the detailed instructions and pins opening all doors. We received lots of automatic notifications so had all the info we needed to get in.

Small studio looked a bit better on the photos but in reality it is quite outdated interior and poor. Therefore apparently the price is fairly cheap. Could be a bit of investment made to make it a bit more cosy and comfy. Wifi was not working. The bath towels were only 2 but we were 3. It was just overnight stay for us and would not take it for a longer stay. We missed personal contact when requested earlier checkin. It was not understood in time so we had to go with all our stuff to the skiing though we requested to checkin in the morning as apartment was looking free without previous day booking. Didn't work out.

Per chi vuole andare a visitare Merano e dintorni è perfetta. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Gentilissimo il proprietario che ci ha lasciato dei cioccolatini al nostro arrivo.

L'area nella quale si trova la struttura è molto tranquilla e ben tenuta, così come il condominio.

Non definirei il soggiorno presso tale struttura particolarmente positivo, più che altro per una questione di atteggiamento da parte dell'host che, a mio avviso è mancato di professionalità e attenzione nei riguardi del "cliente". Sintetizzo affermando che, conseguentemente ad un disguido, il signore in questione non ha dato disponibilità all'ascolto nonostante le tante telefonate fatte e messaggi inoltrati, mettendomi in condizione di dover contattare più volte telefonicamente Booking e perdendo delle ore in attesa di risposte. Un'altra cosa!...il parcheggio cosiddetto privato, non è quasi nemmeno un parcheggio. Esperienza che non rifarei.

Posizione centrale a buon prezzo

La struttura non sembrava pulita. Asciugamani vecchi. Parcheggio costoso. TV presente ma non funzionante.

Appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Host gentile e disponibile.
