Great location, very nice calm cozy area. Loved the balcony on the garden in the back, it also came with a small grill. Walking distance from the centre of Merano. Nice shower too

Maybe the kitchen could have a proper air system fir when you need to cook. We kept the front door open while cooking but you won't be doing that unless it is summer.

My parents' recent stay at this property was less than satisfactory. The entry lock to their room was broken, and the response from the hosts was disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, it took 1.5 hours for any response. The promised 15-minute fix turned into a 3-hour ordeal with a cleaning lady sent to address the issue. The fact that the owner assumed it’s ok to let my disabled parents wait outside in the rain for 5 hours is terrible. This experience significantly disrupted their two-day stay. Exercise caution before booking here.

you have to pay extra for the parking which isnt mentioned anywhere, the bed could have been a bit better
