Csendes kertvárosban, mégis 10 percre a városközponttól. A lakás felszerelése nekünk megfelelő, minden volt, amire a három nap alatt szükségünk volt. A tömegközlekedés is közel található.

A WiFi nagyon gyenge, nem használható.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr schlecht. Besonders weil es ein Problem gab und diese nur unzureichend geantwortet haben oder nicht erreichbar waren.

Location is fine, within short walk from center. Very nice balcony looking into the garden. It was extremely quiet and felt calming. There was water boiler in the room, so we could make the hot tea. Also, there was coffee and moka pot in the kitchen. Good communication from owner. Easy check-in.

Room was cold at the check-in since they just recently turned on heating but it got warmer within few hours. However still heating was not sufficient enough to make the room warm enough. No bidet and hair-dryer in the facility.

Good Location. Basics are covered except for heating

Semi deserted house. I think I was the only one sleeping there so it can get a bit spooky. Very uncomfortable bed. Cold and damp and when I asked if heating can be switched on the owner explained municipality doesn’t allow the heating to start which is simply a bad excuse because I moved to another place in Merano and heating works normally. Considering it was rainy and cold outside and I couldn’t dry my clothes it was s big disappointment and health hazard. Owner wouldn’t even consider discount for this basic inconvenience. The kitchen is small but quite ok. Parking is charged. There are many much better options for similar price.
