Location is good but to reach their is difficult as cars not allowed to enter , taxi drop you then hotel car will take you through the difficult road in forest

I arrive at 4:00 pm , they gave us rooms not clean , reception not replaying to our call, cleaning done at 8:00pm

The view and location.

The service in general is very poor in all aspects.

Cet établissement est une honte, en plus d'être une arnaque. Vous payez une fortune pour une chambre sale, des draps de lit non lavés et tâchés du client de la veille et une communication proche du néant. Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et nous sommes partis au bout d'une nuitée. L'établissement a proposé de nous rembourser mais nous n'avons plus de contact depuis notre départ. En plus d'être mauvais ils sont malhonnêtes.

The place is nice but it is very far and I regretted a little bit for coming here for many reasons.. the room is not worth its price.. there are many things that are not good.. for example the room curtain is not warking and I can't close it so the sun enters the room and I can't sleep.. and the air conditioner suddenly turns off, and in the morning I went to have breakfast but there weren't many things and I said to them I want an omelet and they told me it will be ready in five minutes I waited from 9:20 until 10:05 and I didn't receive anything and whenever I went to ask they told me 5 minutes. After that I went back to my room and I didn't have breakfast.

The views at Pana Kolsay are absolutely breathtaking — the lake and surrounding mountains are a dream, especially at sunrise and sunset. The off-road journey takes about 20 minutes, but once you arrive, the stay itself is clean, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with high-end essentials like Jo Malone and a Dyson hair dryer, which added a nice touch of luxury. The best part was waking up early and taking a walk around the lake — the morning atmosphere is calm and absolutely magical. But do note: temperatures drop to around 15°C at night, so be sure to bring a jacket. Overall, while the views and setting are unbeatable, the lack of included activities, poor Wi-Fi, and limited service make it hard to justify the high price point. Ideal for a one-night nature escape — just manage your expectations and plan ahead.

However, for the top-tier price we paid, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations. First, there are cheaper Pana room options that aren’t listed on popular booking platforms — so you might be paying a premium unnecessarily if you don’t book directly. Also, the service fell short. Even though we stayed in one of the most expensive units, the Wi-Fi was not set up in advance. We had to request for a better connection after check-in, and it took quite a while for staff to bring the router. Even then, the connection was slow and unstable — not enough to stream Netflix or work reliably, which made evenings in the room frustrating since there are no on-site activities offered after sunset.

View is wonderful!

Amazing location and the rooms are in excellent conditions - everything is clean and nothing is missing! It was very warm inside but the temperature was adjusted upon request. Unfortunately, the restaurant was missing a lot of dishes due to the winter season though.

The check-in was a bit messy as we weren't notified in advance that the road to the hotel is not passable during winter and that we will be picked up at a completely different location by the driver. Knowing about this in advance would save us time and nerves as we didn't have proper internet connection on spot.
