Kamga House

The owner said he had closed the booking that accommodation long time ago, yet it was open on booking.com and he still let me come. He place me in a new dirty accommodation with a bed on stones, no hot water,the owner told me to bath using a 5L bucket as he will arrange a technician for the gyser . He shouted at me when I complained saying I can cancel and book elsewhere if I do not like the place. I told him this is not the place I booked initially. The place was dirty , the kitchen and bathrooms dirty, no air fresheners , the bathrooms are shared you will get in the bathroom shit from the neighbour is sticking

Everything. The location was far from university of the Free State. Wasted money on public transport. The place was dirty The wifi was not working We ran out of electricity, I am the one who is supposed to call the owner and install the electricity No warm water No bathing for 2days owner said I must use a bucket The very uncomfortable bed on top of stones what a nightmare Being told to cancel when you complain there is no customer orientation the owner does not care Him lying saying the gyser is broken yet when there was a new tenant the water was miraculously hot

Location

Cold water, seems like unused house.. bedding was not changed and still smells like a person - Showers are leaking.

The accommodation is not as shared on booking.com, you have to open for other guests and yet you're also a guest

The location of the house is in a safe

The house is not at the google address. The house was very dusty and the room was not freshened

The host changed the address last minutes and the key handover wasn't easy
