Free Parking was on another road due to Permit Holders only. Condensation/Mildew on inside of upstairs window. This did not seem in keeping with internal photographs in advert. Male person seen to tamper with key press as though attempting to gain access. When unsuccessful, ran off up the road. This made us feel uneasy especially having 2 young children in our party.

The owner came in High the whole place reeks of weed and i was scared to leave my 13 year old daughter in a room by herself so we only slept there 1 night. One of the people there stole my skincare also there was also dirty beds no WiFi there was only 2 towels for 3 of us i could go on and on the specification listed where not met . I demand compensation.

I booked this property with the expectation of at least a decent night’s sleep, but unfortunately, the mattress was in terrible condition. It was so old, saggy, and worn out that it caused me significant back pain throughout my stay. I barely slept the entire time, waking up stiff, sore, and exhausted in the morning. A good mattress is the bare minimum for any accommodation, and this one failed completely. It felt like sleeping on broken springs and dips. Instead of resting, I left more tired than when I arrived, and now I’m dealing with back issues that I didn’t have before. I cannot recommend this place unless the host replaces the mattress immediately. Guests deserve comfort, not sleepless nights and back problems.

There was no TV, shared bathroom with damp toilet paper. They let two underage minors into the property. The owner gabriel is rude. Our room had the bare minimum.

Good location near to University

Area very run down and a feeling of it not being safe and the main reason we left earlier than booked. Advertised with parking... this is not the case, as it is street parking with very little available space with most being permit parking and only available 9pm to 8am! We stayed at No. 40 Boughey Rd. House recently decorated with new carpets etc, but has faults; i) We were unable to lock one of the rooms ii) No hot water in wash basin. iii) Toilet seat broken iv) v) adjoining room has a macerator that is very noisy vi) Not a property fault, but disturbed by yobs shouting outside up to 3am!!
