Being w Awoken at 2315 on Thur night by a check in

The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I loved how it was warm and cosy. No concerns with the heating 🥰

This accommodation is extremely good value. The bed is very comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. It was warm and welcoming throughout, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, a shared clean shower room/toilet very close by, plenty of storage, clean towels and bed linen and other guests in the house were very respectful of the shared usage. It is worth the money 100% and I had a pleasant stay However some things to be aware of which should be made clear at the time of booking. If they had it would have made my check in less daunting: Where you stay is not necessarily where you book, this was not a problem as the premises I did stay in was equal in quality to where I had booked. No front door key is given, which means coming and going is at the behest of Frank who is a sort of live in landlord (pleasant young man) this also means that check out is difficult if you need to leave early. We had to leave at 530am and found the front door locked with no way to open it, a sleeping house, and our only escape a convoluted back door/alleyway scenario. A passport is required to check in, again this should be made clear when booking, and a £20 key deposit too. If all this was explained and is ok with you, then this accomodation is great. it's value for money and it's clean, warm and comfortable.

It was a really nice well presented property with well manered and polite people running the place

I was quite disappointed when I arrived to find that the room I had booked had been given away to a family and had to be taken around the corner to another property and showed another room that was just as good as the original one I had booked so it turned out to be OK but was also let down buy the TV having no remote so couldn't use it plus there was no ariel so couldn't watch it even if there was a remote other than that the room was very clean and tidy

problems with communication on getting key back not fully on there side but maybe a lock box system or something other way of dropping key off

Just the fact that I was expecting a blender ready.😅
