It was close to the station, which was exactly why I chose it. Price was very competitive. House and facilities were very clean and tidy

I couldn't get the hot water to come on, so a cold shower it was 😔 It was on street permit parking and I had not got a permit. I think I was fortunate it was a Bank Holiday

Not a thing was as advertised

I was told that I could book the place for my family so I have booked and when I arrived I found that the keys was not there and there was also someone else in the property living inbetween the 2 rooms I have booked I have a 6 year old kid and a 12 year old and with my wife so there was no way I was going to stay there with a stranger in the property so I spoke politely to the owner asking him to cancel and give me a refund but he was rude and disrespectful and refused to refund

Location

Bathroom downstairs, very slopping and narrow stairs; not too safe for older person. No contact from the owner regarding entry procedure, I had to call them. Also miss information about the key code so I had to wait for call back and personal assistance

Didn’t get to stay there. Once we arrived at given time the manager turned his phone off so we couldn’t get in and had to book elsewhere instead! Very poor service. None of them speaks English properly so very hard to communicate!

Quietness

That the electric had to be switched on as we were left with no electric for about half hour.

Nothing

The staff were very rude, I have my travel plan changed because of the train delay and cancel and delay again, I did my best to keep the host update, I missed the first night but I didn't ask for a refund, because it's neither our fault, it's the rails. But he is still very angry with me, and threatened to cancel the whole booking and take the money. This host is not friendly or has no humanity. When I finally arrived, it took a long time for them to finally come for check-in. The room was dirty, the whole apartment was gross, the living room, the kitchen and bathroom all smelled horrible. And they don't have Wifi, it's broken, they didn't fix it. This is a nightmare, this listing should be taken down forever.
