I liked that we received an upgraded room, due to noise inside the house.

that there was no light in the bathroom and the shower door was broken. the next morning there were people shouting outside our room

TV remote in room 1 is not operating properly, and the stove was not working.

Bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. Would also have preferred more towels.

Safe parking, pool and braai facilities.

Room is extremely small. Room is very cold, no air conditioning. No couch, or bar fridge or bottled water, kettle, hairdryer, hand towels. There is a communal kitchen, however area is not really private. Was not able to reschedule check-in timing due to delay.

The unit needs some serious attention, the shower door , you have to jiggle it a bit, the shower mixer, the room walls and skirting, the fact that there were not soap in the bathroom, not teaspoons no extra blankets and Cape Town was cold that day.
