The Manager was friendly and very helpful.

There were other guests using the open area that left a huge mess early on Saturday night and late during the night. Sunday morning the kitchen floor was wet. They were clearly having a party in the area, there was empty bottles left all over. We were unable to use the pool table to these messy guests. On the information its states free toiletries, shampoo and conditioner and slippers. The family room advertises free slippers but there wasn't any. And the other room we booked only had one pair. We were 5 guests. There was one disposable shower cap in the one room and none in the second room. There was soap in both bathrooms, but no shampoo and conditioner as stated on the facilities listed. I also found the key for another room in ours. That makes me question the safety of my property when I am not there. The tap in the family room kitchenette is rusted and leaky. The water is brown that comes from the taps.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Liked everything about the place, including the hosts as well as the owner. They went above and beyond to make sure we got to enjoy the stay while ensuring everyone else around is enjoying their stay as well

Everything was great except for some tenant who decided to throw his toys around instead of communicating with us that they had an issue

Room was spacious and had a mini fridge.

I wish we had a kettle and some cups in the room. As well as coffee and tea

I got upgraded to better room for free which does score great points.

There was unfortunate noise with the other guests at night, but the owner did interupt their party and apologised profusely.

It was fantastic

Comfortable, laid back and felt a bit like home. We could watch to the beach as well as a mall and a small shopping centre for food outlets. Very nice swimming pool and braai area. Great for kids and the staff are amazing

It’s too bright at night so blackout curtains would be nice and the shower needs attention to stop the small issues.

West Gemini is such a home away from home. Really loved the staff and enjoyed the services and care I received. Everyone was incredibly understanding towards my needs during my stay. Very clean and really great all around
