Hostal Sole

We werden geholpen door een aardig, net nieuw staflid die ons onze kamer wees. De dag erna kregen we bericht van de eigenaar dat we in een luxere kamer hebben geslapen dan we hadden geboekt, we moeten wisselen (geen probleem) en nog 20 dollar exrtra moeten bijbetalen voor de nacht (dit terwijl de kamer voor 17 euro op booking stond). Daarna bleef ze ons sms'en dat als we dit niet betaalden ze het van het salaris van het staflid zou halen. Het hostel was nagenoeg leeg. Geen aanrader wat ons betreft.

No english staff, air in room is a bit heavy, lack of ventilation despite Ac.

Cute, interesting decor. Lovely big Avocados but gave big fright when they fall on the roof.

There could be more hooks to hang things in the dorm. Hardly any English spoken or understood which was hard plus there was no tourist info on any tours or busses etc so I feel it's not really a Hostal for travellers. The shared bathroom for the dorm could be improved a bit too.

La ubicación es excelente, a 3 min andando del centro, el lugar es muy seguro, tiene parqueo gratuito (es en la calle) pero vigilan con cámaras. El desayuno fue rico pero un poco escaso (yogurt con granola y manzana). Las chicas que nos atendieron muy simpáticas. La habitación amplia.

En las preguntas el alojamiento decía que tenia agua caliente en la ducha y NO HABIA AGUA CALIENTE

La tranquilidad el acceso rapido al centro historico de santa ana muy muy atentos muy limpio
