Si vas con carro es importante que consultes antes si el mismo está disponible. Caso contrario tendrás que parquear en la calle. La ciudad es muy tranquila.

On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the kitchen was well-equipped, and breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.

The bed sheets didn’t feel very clean, and there were visible signs of past bed bug stains on the bedding, which was quite concerning. The most serious issue, however, was in the bathroom – the shower faucet gave off electric shocks when touched, which is extremely dangerous and a serious health hazard. Additionally, during heavy rain, a large amount of water leaked into the room from outside.

Nice hostel run very well. Included breakfast and coffee were excellent. Wifi was fast and reliable. The staff were extremely attentive to whatever I needed. Kept very clean.

Laundry service was expensive but a place nearby to get it done with prices more in line with the norm for Santa Ana.

The price was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room had all the basic necessities.

the bathroom was very dark and floor was as slippery as ice when wet. the shower sprayed the floor a bit so we had to be very carful not to slip after a shower

Spacious, comfortable room. Close walk to the centre. Good price for private room. Hot shower was good. A lot of potential in the place! Loved the china cups in the kitchen.

Unfortunately for the duration of our stay the staff were unprofessional and incessantly loud, had friends/family and children in the hostal and no consideration about managing the noise levels, may have well been in their home. Asked for ear plugs but they didn't have any (or get the hint). No sound proofing to the place whatsoever. I got an electric shock from the shower so don't recommend touching the handle directly. Had one small bag of laundry and was quoted the equivalent of €20 which is ridiculous, charged for each item separately including socks and underwear. Got our laundry done a short walk away at the Brunette Hotel for €8. The front door is locked and you have to wait for staff to open to let you in/out.

Door opening system was inconvenient.
