Location

When we eventually found access at the correct time there was a worker in the property replacing the shower screens and there was deritis everywhere from the work. The bathroom floor was in exceptionally poor condition and there were carpet grips protruding through the floor, there was a huge hole in the bathroom door without a door lock. The owners were aware of the ongoing work but failed to make contact and explain the situation in advance. Considering the high price you would expect the owners to invest in maintaining the property to a standard.

Was very handy to the train station, and was very clean

We just found it a little hard to find at first as the photos showed to go under arch and in a courtyard but it was actually not under the arch and just on the side of the street

The property was not as described; not clean; very poorly equipped (one spoon for four people?); and many things didn’t work.

Location of the stay

The location was great as it was close to everything, the bus stop is less than 5 minutes away or walking distance to the city centre was about 20 minutes. There is a Tesco nearby and some cornershops as well. Overall I was happy with my stay and it is a good value for money.

I didn't like that I booked the apartment for 5 people, there are two bedrooms with two double beds, one person for the sofa bed but I had to pay extra £25 for the sheets for the sofa bed. If I am booking the apartment for 5 people, I would expect the sheets to be included in the price. The sofa bed itself needs changing, the mattress is beyond bad, I had to put an extra layer of a blanket so I don't feel how uncomfortable it was. Overall, most things were very good, but some of the things are overused and need changing.
