The personal was very friendly! And the room is very clean and comfortable

Dinuka tried his best during my stay and gave me a lift to my next accomodation the breakfast was pleasant Dinuka is very kind to provide water

I wrote that i would be arriving to the property at 2.40pm which was acknowledged, however when i arrived there was no one. there was no staff til more than an hour later. The locks on the doors were shoddy, so a stranger/man broke into my room at 7am on Jan 1, 2024. which gave me a huge shock as i was travelling alone. There were a lot of flies in the room Cold showers for my entire stay, even though i asked the staff to please look into fixing the water heater You can hear your neighbours very clearly even with ear plugs. The doors do not shut silently as well The wifi was almost non existent Some lights were broken The window sills were really dirty Difficult to have air ventilation unless you open your front door When you take a shower there isn't a shower door, so your bathroom gets wet. Making the room have a damp smell. No soaps provided The bathtub was dirty

BEWARE OF THEFT: Took two rooms for 3 days and had theft of personal jewellery in both rooms which were locked by us when we were away. No CCTV or anything to help investigate. Very devastating experience.

Great place very near Kabalana beach. Dinuka the manager is super kind and extremely helpful person, always ready to go extra mile to make your stay exceptional.

Very clean, spacious room and bathroom. modern architecture style with comfortable interiors a short walk to the beach

there’s no generator to be used during power cuts. a bit lonely in the night since the caretakers don’t live on the property - so would recommend it for either couples or groups. no bottled water so would recommend taking your own

stunning. so clean and finished perfect such a comfortable room very private also

the staff weren’t around too easy to contact and no one was available for breakfast the wifi was weak but it wasn’t a problem for me

Apartment is very fresh and stylish. Breakfast was on another cafe, they pick & drop with tuk-tuk and it was great

We don't like to use air-con. We trying to use only fan. Although this aircon was new, even the most slowest fan mode was too fast and noisy for us. As ceilings are not very high, there is less of air and it was not comfortable to sleep with fan mode. If you use air-con it may be fine. They were still on construction mode, therefore backyard was noting to do. If you spend all time out than it is ok choice

Good price/quality level, friendly staff. Breakfast was not inside the stay but this would be arrange on short term.

Unfortunately no local breakfast as per our request.
