Breakfast should be improved and the amenities were not replaced apart from that everything else was 10/10

This is simply wonderful stay. Too bad I had to leave shortly because of my work. Villa is a newly built one. Its built in colonial theme, but it has modern luxury added to it to make it super comfortable. Bathroom is just wow... super spacious and had bathtub. Surfing beach is just 2-3 minutes walking distance. Lots of surfers were staying nearby.

The rooms were superb. Clean and comfortable. The toilets were a big plus as it was well maintained and the overall room was good. The breakfast was also quite good especially considering the price. Well worth the stay.

No amenities in the toilet so bring shampoo etc. The rooms are a little closed up as limited light source from out but extremely well lit inside.

This is a new place started with a new management. But the guys know really well how to handle people. Superb hospitality. Villa is newly renovated and all the furniture and bedding are new and comfortable. It has an antique theme, but comfy with modern stuff. Bathroom is nice and equipped with bathtub. Villa is near to the surfing beach. Just walking 5 minutes.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The colonial architecture mixed with modern amenities is stunning. Everything looks brand new. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach is just a 5-minute walk, and there are lot of surf spots nearby. The rooms are super cozy, with modern bathrooms and bathtubs that were perfect for relaxing after a long day.

We loved our stay in Ivy Cottage. It is very nicely built in colonial theme. Architecture is unique and very nicely designed. Accommodation was very comfortable with luxury bedding and bathrooms. Staff was very helpful and attentive. They have done a good job keeping the place very clean. Security is good as Ivy Cottage is in the middle of tourism area and staff available all the time. Surf spot is 5 minutes walk away. I will definitely return again if coming back to Sri Lanka.

Nothing to complain... Just watch for the rainy days if you are coming for surfing.

Parking can be little difficult. But I had a longer vehicle.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The property is newly built with colonial architecture that perfectly complements the tropical surroundings. It's just a short, pleasant walk to the beach, which was a huge plus, as I'm a surf enthusiasts. Lot of surf instructors around too. With several prime surf spots nearby, it felt like a paradise for surfers. The location is ideal, situated in a popular tourist area with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and activities. Despite being in the heart of a bustling area, we felt very safe thanks to the villa's improved security features, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing yet adventurous getaway close to everything you need. We can’t wait to return!

Rooms are really clean, new and modern. The bathroom was so nice with both shower and tub. Nice host and also good location.

When we stayed here outside area were still under construction but it’s gonna be really nice place ones this is all done.
