Very friendly staff and easy check in procedure. Room was at the top and at the back, which meant it was quiet. The front rooms are noisier at night. The kitchen downstairs is very well equipt and there is a great supply of eggs, bread, milk, tea and coffee, and some fruit.

Convenient location, clear communication, access to use the kitchen and breakfast things and a good sized room. Nice bathrooms and the house was quiet.
Overall really happy with everything - softer pillows in the room would have been good - everything else great

Be aware, this is unstaffed, breakfast is DIY, the bathrooms are on a different floor to most rooms and there was 3 floors (no lift between my room and the kitchen/lounge).
