The Anne'x

The Anex Very high quality Finnish every were and spotless in the Annex Great location to stay to visit all the districts' landmarks The host was very helpful .

The only thing I would suggest is a roller blind for the kitchen window Also, maybe, if possible, a dimmer light switch for the living room But it's wasn't too big off an issue

The Annex was lovely and modern. Everything we needed for our stay was provided andour Host kept us up todate from startvto finish Will definately be returning and recommending to Family and Friend

Everything was fabulous

This was our second stay here and the Anne'x is lovely and beautifully finished. My family and I stayed for 3 nights over Easter. The host was amazing and so helpful, the host lives abroad and he provided contact info and was very responsive when I had a wifi question. The Anne'x was incredibly well stocked, stain remover, washing machine pods, dishwasher tablets , toilet rolls etc which was so surprising as it's a self catering unit. Towels were lovely and more than enough for our family of four The unit was spotless and had lots of pots, pans, plates , bowels and cutlery. Wifi connection was great and signal strength was strong enough for tv, 2x tablets, and 4 phones with no buffering at all. TV was easy to use and a smart tv. So we just logged it to our accounts to use the tv in the evenings. Beds were very comfortable and the entire unit is well insulated and very warm. The washing machine is a washer/dryer which was a massive bonus after many a muddy walk. The unit is super close to everything and there is a drive and outdoor space.

The garden just needs finishing off to make this a 10/10

Perfect size for 2 people, newly refurbished. It will be excellent when the garden has been finished and tidied up outside.

Need more kitchen equipment for cooking meals. More crockery, etc., so that you can use the dishwasher without putting it on after every meal.

Comfy beds, pretty decorations, great hosts

its a fantastic accomodation but the couch is a bit too small and there werent enough kitchen chairs.

Very comfortable accommodation and the location suited us very well as we had to be near Rockcliffe.
