Nice place, well equipped, great having 2 bathrooms. Good location.

Door was left open with key stuck in the lock. After making sure there was nobody in the property I managed to get the key out. Couldn't see instructions for the washing machine, which would be helpful. Towels were small.

Good quality furnishings spotlessly clean. Loved the bedroom and bathroom downstairs suited my disabled mum perfectly. Will be a perfect property when garden is complete. All in all a fab stay.

No tin opener available. Sink could do with a basin. Just small things that would have made a difference.Lamps in lounge would be good as main lights are very bright.

Easy access to woodlands. Good bathrooms. Good layout.

Perfect location for us, was a little worried when we arrived as the annex looked so small, but what a pleasant surprise, a large spacious facility done to a high standard. When the small secluded garden is completed, the property will be even more outstanding One other point, how quiet the area is, with easy access to Dalbeattie Forest at the end of the road

Only thing I can think of, would have been only having three nights we could happily have stayed longer

On a quiet street, very clean and comfortable bed. Good shower with lots of hot water. Dogs were welcome.

Spotlessly clean accommodation and very well equipped. The property is finished to a high standard with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable and is like a home from home. It is situated in a quiet residential area but only a short walk from Dalbeattie town centre and all the amenities on offer.

Loved everything about it, I couldn't fault it.

The quality of the fit-out excesed our expectations. Nice linen and towels. Comfy beds.

Aesthetically it looks like a converted garage, which it is. Garden wasn't finished. Upstairs ensuite, the shower cubicle panel was jury-rigged in, and the design to fit the shower in made the space uncomfortable to use post shower. Lack of hand soap upstairs, or spare toilet roll. One T towel isn't enough if you cook yourself, which we did. No dishwasher tablets.
