Nice comfy beds , nice and clean

Outside area was a shambles not really any area for our dog, no hanging place for coats, no wardrobe space for hanging clothes

Brand new, great finish, a hidden gem. Nice and warm too when -5 outside 🥶

No negatives. Just needs a finished off garden and a gate. Purely for the dog. Otherwise it was great thanks.

Garden untidy and not enough comfy seats for four people. Could do with a couple of small chopping knifes and the sink plug not working this is just so you know and easily fixed

Nice accommodation for 2 people convenient location for the amenities on offer in the town.

The gardens front and rear need a little tlc. No wardrobes Tv is not very user-friendly

Everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable.

The noise of flushing the toilet, made a high pitch noise.

Clean and modern

Parking area was overgrown with weeds, large amount of granite blocks, a one ton bag of sand, and a large amount of timber was lying. At the rear, garden and patio full of weeds, a large amount of timber and a lot of offcuts were lying. The small flagged ramp was easily walked off, as there was nothing to indicate where the ramp ended. Inside, there was only one blind on a 3 door bifold, and no blind on the sink area. The downstairs shower drain was blocked and the water flowed all through the shower room and into the kitchen area. Tried to call the host for 3 days but went to answerphone. As I am disabled and unable to climb the stairs to use the upstairs shower, I only had one shower in our 4 day stay. Very unsatisfactory. Once the outside works are finished, and it has a working shower downstairs it would be as photographed and described. At the moment, would not recommend it.
