The Cottage

Really lovely cottage, modern, clean, lovely layout. We all agreed we could cheerfully’ve moved in! Met the owner when we got there, who was really friendly and pleasant. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much for our stay 😊

Loved the hot tub, pool table, board games and the peaceful location

Lots of space, jacuzzi, wonderful facilities. We have been there for 1 night only. Would love to come back with kids. 5***** fell in love with place.

The location was perfect and quiet. The accommodation was so much bigger than we expected. All rooms had ample room and the games room was a little bonus! The living room was a gorgeous size and the garden was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and all the bedrooms upstairs had a smart tv, which was a bonus too! Parking for 3/4 cars! It was brilliant!

The property is in a beautiful quiet, rural location, a short distance from a lovely village with lots of amenities including a scrumptious fish & chip shop. The host Jo was friendly and extremely helpful, making contact with us in plenty of time regarding the arrangements to access the property, and she greeted us upon our arrival. The property is large, comfortable and nicely decorated with a hot tub! There is a large enclosed rear garden with furniture to relax in, and three toilets which is great if you're going as a big group, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, just wish we'd have had time to stay an extra night!

No criticism meant merely a suggestion, the wifi signal to the tv could do with a little boost, and be mindful if you're taking a dog that doesn't socialise with other dogs well, as there are a couple of nice / friendly dogs who love a stroke, that periodically wander around which Jo advised us of.

Absolutely beautiful property. Good sized kitchen with everything you could need. Very spacious living area. Lovely back garden, and hot tub. I felt it would be the perfect place to go for a celebratory break with friends or family members due to the size of the living room table, beautiful outdoor area, games room and the number of beds. Kids loved the piano. A very enjoyable stay

Only issue we had was the tv only uses apps. So couldn't watch live tv (unless we just didn't find the correct app to do this). But this wasn't really a problem for our one night stay. Had we been staying longer we would've asked for assistance and I'm sure the hosts would have been happy to help. The double bed was a little soft for us. But that's just down to personal preference and there were plenty others in the house for us to choose from had we been staying longer.

Lovely spacious cottage with double bathroom, 3 big bedrooms, 1 playroom with a pooltable and extra bed. Full kitchen, lovely fenced garden and a spacious livingroom and extra toilet downstairs. Lovely owner with good advice about the surroundings. The jacuzzi was a bonus.
