Location fantastic. Right in the heart of Coyoacán. The room was nice and clean but the lighting a bit too dark. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was nice and clean

The personal service was non existent. There was no one in the hotel before 8.30am and after 3pm. There was a number to call with any questions or issues but it was virtually impossible to contact anyone and calls or messages not returned. There was a tv in the room as part of the hotel services, but there was always “no signal” (and no one to ask for assistance!!).

Uno de los peores hoteles en los que he estado. El baño está sucio, con moho en techo y paredes. Tiene una cúpula de plástico que está rota. Cuando llueve cae el agua en el baño, formando charcos en el suelo. El agua cae por las paredes. Horrible. La ducha con pelos del huésped anterior. La cama es un mueble cama. Sábanas amarillentas. No lo recomiendo para nada
