The toilet had water leaking.

Close to all the fun in Coyoacan.

I requested an extended check-out and was asked to pay 700 pesos. I paid and was told a receipt would be sent electronically. Despite several reminders and the staff telling me repeatedly that it would be forthcoming, it never came. Their behaviour was very weird and for that reason I don’t think it’s a place I can recommend others.

The location was great.

We were at the mercy of other guests since you can hear everything. A kid waking up at 5am screaming or random construction noise within the apartment at 10pm, that's just your luck. We tried to communicate with the owner to identify a couple of issues and they didnt get back to us.

Property was clean, comfortable, and the location was great. Close to the action (markets, celebrations, and restuarants) but also quiet. Host was communicative and we had everything we needed.

Amazing location, 2 minutes from Coyoacan zocalo. Modernised building, all freshly decorated. We had two rooms, the larger room at the front of the house was very spacious, with table and seating, a big bathroom with bath and shower and a small kitchen with fridge and induction hob. The windows look out onto the quiet, leafy side street. Excellent instructions to find the building and get in to the rooms. Cleaning staff in the morning were very friendly.

Guests need to be aware there are no staff on site, you have a number to WhatsApp with any questions. The smaller of our two rooms was very small and up a spiral staircase with just a rail. The bathroom was good but has no door, just a narrow staircase separating it from the bedroom. The lighting in the bedroom is rather dingy and there is no window. A matter of taste but we found the mattresses rather soft.
