The location and it was very beautiful place.

The location was perfect for exploring Coyoacan. The room was quiet, but also close to everything in the area. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

I had problems with the TV. I wasn't able to login to my Netflix account. Definitely not the end of the world though! There were just a few evenings I wanted to watch a movie or show before bed.

Location is perfect and the person assisting, Tomas and the Owner are grate hosts.

The water was nopt coming out hot, (Tomas fixed it), the room and bath have very poor ventilation.

Fabulous location in the heart of Coyoacan but yet on a small quiet dead end street with a guard stationed at the entrance. Monica the manager and the cleaning ladies are professionals and friendly. They keep the place clean and in order. Great value accommodation.

Location was fantastic. Easy access and checkin/checkout. Never saw a person in the building during our entire stay. Quiet area close to restaurants and activities. Beautiful property- would have enjoyed sitting in the patio - but we had rain the entire weekend. The room was fine for a quick weekend, but not for a longer stay. We enjoyed the stay and are curious if the other rooms might be a bit more spacious for two adults.

#6 is at the top of a very narrow spiral metal staircase- outside - not the easiest to maneuver with luggage. Add to that we arrived in rain, making the slippery climb even more of a challenge. Not a lot of room for adults and luggage. The room is lovely but much smaller than the photos show. Not a lot of space for two adults to move around. There is plenty of shelf space but little closet space and only three hangers available. Another very narrow staircase leads up to the bathroom/shower area. No door so the “open concept” gives little privacy with only the stairs separating the spaces. My husband nicknamed the room “Barbie Coyoacán” because of the size. The mini (shoebox size) ironing board added to nickname.

The location and service were excellent. The building and rooms are pretty.

The location is excellent

Dining table and chairs were too high and totally unconfortable. Impossible to use for eating or working with a computer. Why cannot they put a normal (standard hight) square table and chairs? No shades in front of a window that looks into an inner patio, which for security reasons must stay illuminated at night. This light went into the bedroom with no way to obsure it. I wrote these suggestions directl;y to the hosts.
