Siete Puertas Coyoacán

Very clean, comfortable and the location.

Clean, well decorated and comfy room with ensuite bathroom of good dimension. Great location. Comfy self-check in. All in order, recommended!

The location is strategic and quite in the center of Coyoacan.

In the room n.5 there is not sufficient light to stay in the room, which is very small and dark. This during the day, but also the electric lighting is only adequate for sleeping. No light to illuminate your face in the bathroom mirror. A long and narrow external spiral staircase to go up to the room.

I love how close it is to the fountains in Coyocan and right around the corner of some very great restaurants. Definitely a prime location to stay at and I would love to come back again!

No climate control, unfortunately I do need my AC, however the room was still comfortable.

Noisy room close to the entrance. I could hear everyone coming in and out of the building. They have, for every door, a key fob and for the entrance a numeric code, the “bipping” is constant. One more thing, they never picked up the trash, I needed to buy my own toilet paper and shampoo; in three days I stayed there I never saw staff to request those items.

Location is great and it is clean. The room was nice and comfortable. It is a very cute hotel. Overall very nice and quiet. I would recommend.

The stairs are narrow. The bathroom sink had a weird smell if the drain was open. It wasn't apparent right away I should walk past the gate into the cul de sac.

We got charged full amount upfront before the arrival. Upon the checkin we have been informed that one of the two rooms we booked has a broken door lock and there is nothing they can do but let us leave the door open as “the area is safe”. They didn’t have other room to give us and as we were only there for one night, so it made no sense to search for anything else plus get in to a drama of trying to get a refund (not guaranteed). The place has no lift and the stairs to the rooms are tiny and very narrow/steep (which was not shown in the pictures and not communicated that there are floors) - with massive suitcase it was extremely hard to conquer. There was no hot water at night, it appeared after few mins of waiting to disappear right after (while taking the shower!) There is no kitchen and there are other people sharing same place in other rooms (again, did not come clear in the booking, we thought we were to be alone for this amount of money we paid), yet it turned out being a well charging hostel. The host were polite but tired, she didn’t offer much solution to the broken locks but to apologize and tell us that we can cancel The only good thing was location and the beds. We were glad that we only booked for one night there.
