"Lovely place, especially if you have a car"

Lovely place, I booked it randomly. Initially I wasn't happy with the location, but having my car with me, I realized it's a bless. The property is extremely clean and tidy, you can always find a personal touch within, I found a charger in one of the drawers, I also found an extension cable. This is very nice. Because the place is extremely nice and organized we unfortunately didn't get to interact more with the property owner.

I wish they put a little colorful sign on the driveway so clients know where the property is. Also please provide more information about the property location like postcode or something else.

"Cosy stay convenient for seeing York"

Lovely accommodation. Nice to have a self contained private place. Easy to drive to Park and Ride for bus( every 15 minutes) to centre of York.

Stairs to upstairs quite steep... May be a problem if infirm.

Well equipped and smart.

No two-way light switch for the stairs, and the switch for the bedroom light was by the front door. This is annoying and should be easy to correct.

"A cosy cottage in an excellent location for York."

The house was comfortable and cosy and we had everything we could ever need. The location was excellent just a 5 minute drive to Grimston Bar park and ride for York city centre. The hosts were excellent they were helpful and responded quickly to messages, a big thank you to Sarah and John.

Was a very nice little place to stay was coffee tea sugar and milk so we could have a cuppa when we arrived, perfect location for our trip

The floors and stairs were very slippery wasn't very safe especialy if you only had socks on
