Although we didn't meet them, the hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. For example, they dropped off some flat sheets when we found the comforter to be too hot and tried to contact us when our flight was delayed. There is a washing/drying machine in the apartment which is very helpful -- although instructions on how to use it would have been helpful. Very bright and tastefully decorated. Felt very homey. Great location for walking, catching the tram or the metro

The bathroom drains sometimes had an unpleasant smell but we understand that is an issue with older buildings -- we had the same problem in the house in which we lived in the Netherlands. It's difficult to fix. Also, nothing can be done about it but travelers should be aware you will need to lug your suitcases up two flights of stairs. We could hear a child running around in another apartment sometimes but luckily not late at night.

"A good value for the money"

Great location in a quiet area, set within a historic vintage building. Close to public transport and within easy reach of the old town center. Heating is provided by electric radiators. Very bright apartment, as the name suggests, with plenty of windows—all equipped with shutters. .Great communication with the host. Paid parking is available a few hundred meters away.

There are water stains on the walls and ceiling in some spots, the furniture is quite old, and the small coat rack at the entrance is unusable as it is barely attached to the wall.

wonderfully decorated apartment in great location. very bright with beautiful views over old town Lisbon and the bridge

bedroom was a bit warm, but fans provided and window to create draft was helpful
