"Exceptional"

The room is clean, with AC. Big bed and the room is not small. The kindness of the owner. He helps us to find a tuk tuk at 4 am to sigiriya. The location is really near from the caves (5mn walk). It s just far (about 2 km) from the city center. It was a really good place.

"Owner is amazing!"

The room was nice, there was AC inside. It was clean, owner was amazing. He picked me up from the bus station, arranged a tuktuk driver for me to get to sigiriya. Really nice man.

They could make the terrace look nicer because it has a great potential.

"Good budget stop off for the Temple."

Closeness to Cave Temples. Large comfortable clean bed. Friendly host and friendly guests. Breakfast was included and very nice.

Communication could be better. Nothing within walking distance aside from the Cave Temple. Wi-Fi not working at all. Advertised as a restaurant but not open. Host cooked a no choice communial dinner for 5 guests, which we thought was over-priced.
