Central easy access Manager of the bar on check in was lovely.

Pictures did not reflect the assigned apartment. No hot tub, no outdoor space. Heating didn’t work although was fixed. Door handles fell off and although supplied tea and coffee there were no cups to make one and only 1 glass for 4 people sharing.

Lovely and clean, hot tub was perfection. Amazing host

The toilet didn’t flush They didn’t answer to help the situation Please was dingy and dark with a loud fan even though it was freezing cold, it was actually warming outside Would not stay again

The check in process were very confusing and were not made aware we would have to go to a busy bar to collect the keys. This made us feel very uncomfortable. The man who had checked us in were rude and had taken around 30 minutes to get seen. We appreciate the staff were busy however it did not feel organised.We were also not made aware we would be in a room next to a bar which were very loud and did not close until 1am. We had drunk people sat outside our door all night and did not feel safe. We were under the impression we had a hot tub with this stay as advertised on booking.com this were the main reason for our stay and had we known there wouldn’t have been one we would not have gone. There were no heating in this facility for the price that were paid for this we expected a little more.

The decor, nice, loft style, exposed brickwork and ducting etc.

The layout, no details on WiFi, no cups, really noisy til late due to local bars
