Carpets are filthy. No hand towel or bath mat. Was charged for drinks that we didn’t consume

"The location was convenient and on the whole the apartment was clean apart ffom a couple of key areas."

The light in one of the bedrooms was broken and wouldn’t turn off the first night. After reporting it, it was mended quickly. The kitchenette floor was sticky and there was left over food and half finished bottles of wine in the fridge. There was no washing up liquid The shower room smelt damp and the shower curtain needs a good clean.
