Blayds Yard

Close to train station and city centre, hot tub is nice and we liked the kitchen open plan nature of the kitchen.

Strange lack of plug sockets in kitchen (all under the island meaning we had to boil kettle on the floor), the layout is weird kitchen on top floor and bedroom on bottom floor, the bedroom was very claustrophobic due to lack of windows and decent lights (some weren't working) as a result we chose to not sleep in there, downstairs bathroom was tiny while upstairs was only slightly bigger but lacked a mirror, heating system was loud but property would have been freezing without it.

Hotel room was cancelled when we arrived we travelled for no reason and to top it off got no refund

Not clean on arrival, empty bottles in the outside area, hot tub dirty

It was in a good location

It smelt of damp and it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it. The wet room was leaking through the door I had to mop it up as it was coming through that bad. The pipes were leaking in the bedroom and in the bathroom on the bottom floor. We ended up leaving early as it was that bad, I couldn’t deal with it. The only positive about the property is the hot tub.

Gorgeous place and hot tub was great, very central, staff were lovely.

Location very good. The ambiance of the property very nice.

There were a few internal lights that needed bulbs replacing. There was only one cup in kitchen.
