Maruan Sari

The Maruansari villa was peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of panoramic rice field. The breakfast was delicious and the owner ( Dewi) and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and a big comfy bed. Also a big bathroom with good pressure of warm shower. We really recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy some relaxing days near Ubud. We also were allowed by Dewi to use their bicycle for free. Lots of wildlife and nice ecosystem helps keep mosquitoes away.

Dewi is a super host, always smiling. Our two boys were treated with love and they loved it here so much! We immediately felt at home. You can choose your breakfast and she even prepares dinner if you wish! Everything is delicious😍 The room with the terrace is big and spacious - the bed super comfy! It is not very close to Ubud but thats a plus. Take abgrab and you re in Ubud in 20 minutes. The house lies in between picturesque rice fields and the pool is refreshing. We liked it so much that we came back after our trip to the Gilis.

Everything was perfect

Our stay at Maruan Sari was just perfect, we had the pleasure of staying for 5 nights at this warm, friendly location with Dewi and her wonderful staff. From the time we arrived we were made to feel right at home and very much enjoyed the family atmosphere. The location was just perfect for us, right in the middle of rice fields with stunning gardens, facilities and surroundings, that all add to this wonderful calming location. The home cooked breakfast we enjoyed daily were delicious and plentiful, adding even more comfort to our stay. During our stay we explored around the local area, finding some great little Warungs for some tasty local meals and to buy anything you may need during your stay. We highly recommend Maruan Sari for its hospitality, service, and pleasant ambiance. Dewi and her staff were very kind, always attentive to every little detail with a warm caring atmosphere. We had a great stay and will be looking forward to staying again in the future….Our Best Wishes Thankyou

Good quiet location not far from central Ubud

I am personally not liking sleeping with air conditioning, a ceiling fan would be a better option.

We stayed 8 days at Maruan Sari. We had a very very good time. !!! We liked it a lot, everything was perfect. Mrs. Dewi, a fantastic woman, good, thoughtful, always available. Excellent breakfast. Staff always ready and attentive. Cleanliness and order in the rooms, very well-kept garden. Resort in a very beautiful location for those who love nature, surrounded by rice fields, quiet and not far from Ubud. I was very sorry to have to leave, I hugged Mrs. Dewi as if she were a great friend for a long time and we were moved. What else to say?? if I return to Bali I will certainly return to Maruan Sari.!!!

**Review of Marvan Sari, Ubud** We had a wonderful stay at Marvan Sari in Ubud. This warm and friendly place, with a family atmosphere, made us feel right at home. The location is calm and pleasant, with a beautiful and peaceful garden reflecting the Indonesian spirit. The staff is exceptionally kind, very attentive, and caring. A big thank you to the manager, who was very supportive to my wife and me following a scooter accident. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, adding even more comfort to our stay. We highly recommend Marvan Sari for its hospitality, service, and pleasant ambiance. If you walk or drive around you can find very good local restaurants or street food. the 2 waterfalls not far away, super nice as well as the pubs-restaurants

Maruan Sari is beautiful & peaceful, and no mosquitoes at all. No dogs nor roosters. The breakfast is good too. It is one of the best place I've been so far.

Its us in a beautiful and quiet area. Villa room was large and clean. Dewi and the staff were friendly, very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Given the traffic problems in Ubud it is a little to far from the town. Pool was a plunge pool, smaller than it appeared in photos.

Quiet location outside Ubud center. Super friendly host, amazing garden for having a delicious breakfast, nice little pool to relax and nice clean rooms. We stayed 2 nights in a Superior double room, then wished to prolongue our stay for 2 additional nights and moved to a Deluxe King room which was absolutely amazing.
