Bad bits: - [ ] All blinds were broken - [ ] Main (master bedroom stinking of cigarette smoke) - [ ] Boiler required to be switched on manually, was switched off - [ ] Empty can of Budweiser found in wardrobe - [ ] No TV - [ ] Random clock on the floor - [ ] Generally felt dirty - [ ] Flies in the hallway - [ ] Random food still in cupboards - [ ] Toilet door didn’t lock - [ ] Shower arrangements poor Could be very nice, but needs some TLC. Address the above and it would be fine.

Booked before reading many not so positive reviews. The place itself is passable in a good location. Accordion is well furnished in all 3 bedrooms. Toilet and dining/kitchen area adequate for our 2 night stay. Travelled as a family 2 adults and 4 kids spacious and comfy enough to fit all. Close proximity to local park. Ferry/train station, plenty places around to eat out and also local shops of you want to dine in apartment. Many things mentioned in the reviews appear to have been rectified. Hoover and all cleaning essentials available on our stay also. Shower gels and hand soap available. Plus plenty of toilet paper provided which 8s always a bonus whilst booking these accommodations. There were 3 bath towels left out on arrival. With plenty more stored in a bedroom drawer for our stay. Hairdryer was also available in the drawers for use. Could possibly use more kitchen wear glasses etc. But this was not major issue.

No WiFi or TV available in the property. Clean to the eye but could be properly looked at under beds and sofas.

Apartment was comfortable and clean apart from few stains on living room carpet and the bedding for sofa bed could be doing with a refresh but positive experience with stay and host

There is no shower only a pull up hose from mixer taps and hose length was quite short. Only half a toilet roll left In the property too had to find a shop purchase more.

Rooms we,re spoitless , very spacious, big comfortable beds , lovey decor, kids loved the swing chair in the room , also the big massive bath tub ,

Unfortunately the house smelt very strong of smoke, it wasn’t very clean there was stains all over the floor and sofas, there was rubbish on the floor, the fridge had a very strong unpleasant smell and the tea towel we were left to use was dirty. The heating was up high and we were unable to turn it down and it stated there was a shower and there wasn’t.

The property is located next to a pub which had 2 guys fighting outside on arrival

Cultural smell in the flat , and 2 guys fighting outside the pub next door not safe or conducive to housing your children or indeed any adults
