The property is just infront of the beach so we got a feel like we were in a private beach. Owners are very nice and polite. Breakfast served was good in taste.

Spacious Beachfront room on the First floor with all amenities - fridge, kettle, cups, plates. Clean bathroom. Balcony with chairs. Breakfast was yummy. 5 kms away from the hust and bustle of Unawatuna town. Right across (just 50 metres) the Habaraduwa railway station on the main road to Matara. The host was very friendly and helpful. He brought us from the station and then took us twice to Unawatuna town. If you're looking for a quiet, comfy beach-side living experience, this is ideal.

Brother Priyantha and his whole family are very kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The level of comfort and welcome I got at Mandy House will definitely take me there again and again.

The house is situated directly on the beach, and it's newly built with convenient amenities. The hosts are friendly and exceptionally kind. We really enjoyed our time there. The only downside was that during our stay, there was a New Year celebration, and we could hear the street noise from the radios, but this was beyond the hosts control.

Lovely clean and spacious rooms with good aircon and fridge and a deck with a great view over the beach. Hosts were awesome and also put on a great breakfast for us.

It was all good. Entrance off the road initially looked a little rough but this was not a problem at all.

One of the best spots we slept in Sri Lanka. Your own private spot on the beach, immaculate clean rooms and the best breakfasts we had during our entire trip. The owners are really nice and go out of their way to help you and to make you comfortable. Truly a hidden gem!

It was more than perfect. Room and Bathroom, was big, beautiful, clean, just amazing. I am super sad, that I was only one night there. The Host is amazing, he can help! Was so nice with them. The View from the balkon to the sea is sooo nice. The beach is so big, beautiful, perfect to swim, and not very touristic!
