From 5 o'clock in the morning, a lot of street noise can be heard in the room. The bed is quite hard.

This is a great little find. The couple went out of their way to make our stay special and the accommodation was superb with a little Kitchenette for simple self catering. The setting on the beach and balcony overlooking the beach was brilliant, the room was beautifully clean and the shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. We chose to have a Sri Lankan breakfast each morning which was delicious. We will definitely return as it’s good value for money and the location is perfect .

The bed was a bit too hard and the WiFi dropped out regularly but it was simply a matter of texting Priantha and it was sorted. The only other thing to mention is that the sound from the road is a bit loud so if you are a light sleeper it’s worth bringing ear plugs or buying some from the pharmacy down the road.

Really friendly family, very interested, if we are ok, and have everything, that we need. They took care of us and were very kind and still smiling:)

The apartment was directly on the beach and the room interior was new equipped. There were a lot of restaurant options. You can have loooong beach walks at a beautiful beach. What we liked most was the great service, friendliness and helpfullness of the owner and his family. If we had any wishes or questions they always took care of us immediately and lovingly. Thanks for the amazing time🙏

New rooms (business started 6 months ago), absolutely clean and equiped with everything you need, except for mosquito net. Super kind owners with two cute children - the family lives downstairs. Perfect location - basicly right on the beach and just a few steps from the town centre. Several nice restaurants in close neighbourgood. Rich and tasty breakfasts! Highly recommended!!

Despite we were absolutely satisfied, it seems fair to me to notice, that there is no mosquito net provided and one window is facing the main road. Both can be a bit annoying during nights for those with a weaker sleep. We were fine with that though.

The 2 rooms at Mandy House are beachfront with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable with hot water with pressure. The breakfast was served on the veranda and the coconut pancakes were super delicious. We received a warm welcome by Priyantha and Pumi. They are very hospitable and they touched our hearts through the exchanges we had with them. They have made our stay in Sri Lanka memorable and we hope to return one day.

Amazing stay! Couldn’t have had a nicer welcome, all the family helped us and provided us refreshments. The room is lovely and very close to the beach, with beds and umbrella provided. Breakfast was very nice and we had a wonderful stay!

Amazing beachfront location, large room with outdoor balcony seating, very clean and tidy with everything you would need and more. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming and friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I was very well looked after throughout my stay. A great place to stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.
