"Newcastle"

Receptionist was friendly and got our keys Clean towels, bed and room. Room refreshments and shower had liquid soap

Towel poll hanger was damaged and hanging off. Hot water took a long time to warm up and was weak. No pole in the cupboard to hang my coat

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. From reception staff to cleaners everybody has helped me, as a disabled man things can be hard, but they made my stay comfortable. I shall definitely return!
