The fact that it was in the middle of town

I wanted to put into writing how tremendously appalling the conditions of this hotel were. Room 21 had brown stains on the towels, off white stains all over the bed sheets, many a facial / pubic hair over the beds, a window that didn’t close and a brown pillow on one of the beds. Room 37 was not an appropriate room, closer to an office space. Papering over the bedroom door does not equal a private space, but that should have been guessed by lack of a toilet in the room. The tv drilled to a piece of wood hanging from the ceiling was at least charming, but a perfect representation of how ridiculously inadequate this establishment is.

I like this hotel.

The place was fine

I paid for breakfast for 2 people for 2 days No info given and when asked told the chef off sick, i tried numerous times to get a refund, and they were unable to do this despite giving three different card details. Feel let down

The room was clean and tidy I like this hotel and the staff Raj is friendly and helpful.

Everything is nice.
