The location wasnt too far from where we were going

The shower didnt work properly tile grout was very miscoloured Toilet seat was very loose Carpet was coming away from door tread The single bed mattress had a big dip it it

Close to the arena, parking available and friendly staff.

There was only one working plug in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom and the light didn’t work so the mirror was unusable. The window didn’t open. The sheet on the bed was actually a duvet cover so didn’t fit properly. Breakfast was included but we weren’t asked for our order, a full English was just brought to us. As a vegetarian this was far from ideal!

Changed room as no remote in the first and no sink and one that didn't work in 2nd for normal Freeview TV but enjoyed itvx etc But staff should see that tv work's in all rooms and has the right one Door to room 26 kept sticking and had to slam shut not good for other guests

No private toilet, didnt realise when booking

It’s a great little hotel. I went with my family the guys upgraded us into an executive suite almost like an apartment on its own. Very clean and nice !
