The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They upgraded my room after I selected the wrong one and happily provided ironing equipment even though I asked late into the night

Staff was really helpful. Room was clean. Tea coffee facility was adequate. Microwave and fridge was handy. Quiet area off main road. Friendly was reasonable.

NO BREAKFAST. Went down for breakfast to be told by receptionist that they had no chef available therefore there would be no breakfast. We were promised a refund of £20 which has not arrived ? refund finally arrived 1 week later but only after speaking to Manager.
