Too many cockroaches and you can hear the noisy sound from the outside

The apartment has a great view and the location is convenient. The scenery from the room was definitely the best part of the stay. However, the cleanliness needs serious improvement, as there were cockroaches and an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. If the hygiene issues are fixed, this place could be a much better option.

I had a very disappointing stay at this apartment. The room was dirty, and there were cockroaches everywhere, which made it very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The bathroom had a terrible smell the entire time, making it unpleasant to use. Overall, the apartment was not properly maintained and did not match basic cleanliness standards. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Walking distance to the mall. Wi Fi was okay.

Cozy bed and functional hot/cold shower. Feels like home. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Nice view from the balcony.

I expected that there's a hairdryer. Vehicles from the highway can be heard if they have loud horns. Sunlight can still enter the room even if you close the thick curtains - hard to sleep during day time if you're sensitive to light. There are little cockroach-like pests in corners.

Wi-Fi work well.

It was dirty. Floors hadn't been swelt, dust inside the wardrobe, Windows were unclean. Refrigerator was off. Had to buy our own soap to take a shower. Aircon remote control was broke was only able to change modes. Remote control screen for AC was broken in that display could not be seen. Up and down temperature gauge did not work at all. Disturbing loud street noise throughout the day and continued most of the night. No washcloths only drying towels. Restraining bars on the balcony will rusted at the base.

Third time staying here. Comfortable studio apartment, 24-hour main entrance security.

Sometimes quite a lot of noise from the road below.
