Poor service no hot water for bath and no hoisekeeping for room

rooms were not clean everything need to be asked like towel soap they won’t provide by themselves

The location of the property is good, temple is at walkable distance and also the main highway is approachable. The staff was good and helpful

1. The room given was totally different as compared to the one shown in the photos 2. The linen, towels, bed sheets were very dirty even after requesting the staff to change it the same were also very dirty 3. The flooring (R.no 206 and 207) were very dirty and messy, the floor mats were also very dirty. 4. There were cockroaches in the room. 5. I was not given the extra bed, however charges were levied to me for the same. The staff said it is charged by booking.com we cannot help it, I had to do full payment.

Good experience

- Lift wasn’t working - Bulb in washroom wasn’t there - No electricity for hours. - Horrible smelling floors I guess that sums up the stay.

We shifted to other hotel as hotel was having no power and there was no alternate arrangements
