A dirty place both outside and inside stinking with filth all around the hotel Lift was not working, stairs were smaller than that found in most of the houses Size of the room it ended before it started Bathroom - i had to squeeze in and i am not a well built person Bathroom was dirty Winder when they last cleaned the rooms With lift not working they were not so keen to help us with the luggage to 2nd floor A horrible experience

Location is about 10-12 mins walk from Temple. The surrounding was not very clean though

The rooms were nothing like whats shown in pictures. They seemed quite old, damp, not very clean.

Exhaust fan window in bath room broken Bad, tasteless food in polythene envelope with paper disposable was horrible (may be from a thela), whereas cost comparable to good restaurants Tried to contact mobile given in booking twice in vain, got a call back after having all above experience after 2 hours in room

Smelly rooms. AC not working. Wash basin clogged. Staff least bothered.

Rooms are not clean. Bad smell due to some drainage issues in washrooms

Hotel was charging for water bottle. Nothing was good which I should like.

Order water bottle for my daughter. They provide Milton bottle of 5 litre. Inside there was small bacterias present which was very disgusting. Also I have lodged complaint to staff manager but they didn’t take strong action towards staff.. even Asked for morning tea, they said staff is sleeping we wouldn’t provide the tea at 7 am. Overall very bad experience and service. Not recommended
